Prioritizing the balance of work and play…

We enjoy what we do while working individually and collectively to accomplish shared goals. We celebrate big achievements or ‘just because’ through activities and employee events including:

  • Quarterly company-wide social events: Minor League Baseball and USL Pro soccer games, Holiday Events, BBQs, Tailgates, and Happy Hours

  • Monthly departmental team-building outings, including arcade game nights or bowling competitions

  • Recreational, co-ed sports teams

Employee Wellness Programs featuring a different type of activity each month. Previous classes include indoor rock climbing, indoor cycling, Pilates, aerial yoga, boxing, pottery, indoor rowing, TRX, and stand-up paddle-boarding on the James River.
